CUSTOMER PUBLIC CHARTER :

1. To fix a date for mention/hearing/sulh to customer on the registration day;
   
2. To mention/hear mal and criminal cases within 21 days from the day it has been registered;
   
3. To issue Certificate of Faraid within 7 days after the order of distribution;
   
4. To mention/hear approximately 80% of Mal and Criminal cases which had been registered within a year;
   
5. Written Judgment shall be issued within 14 days after pronouncement of decision for Mal cases and 30 days for criminal cases in the event of application;
   
6. A judgment will be delivered within 30 days from the date of submission;
   
7. To investigate and take a reasonable action on any complaint made by customer within 14 days from the date of complaint received; and
   
8. To hear appeal in first instance within 30 days after receiving the record of appeal from the court which its decision had been appealed from.
