OBJECTIVE :

Sulh Council is held for the purpose of settlement the family matters in this country without the court hearing process before the judge for family matters except divorce petition.

During sulh proces, the parties had been given an opportunity to speak and speak out on their need based on their claim. 

Besides, Sulh Council is help to identify the real situation of parties whereby the statement of both parties have been taken into account in order to settle the case emicably.

FUNCTION :

Sulh Unit handle cases which have been forwarded to Sulh Council after registration is Syariah Court of Melaka Tengah.


MAIN ACTIVITIES :

Handling Sulh cases trough a mutual discussion until reach a settlement and the cases may be not forwarded before the court for trial.
